Hardwoods and other timbers rich in natural oils, waxes,
acids and terpenes should be degreased using Bio Thinner
because these substances may mix with the varnish / oil and
prolong its drying time. Let dry for 24 hours.
a) For softwood only. Apply one coat of BIO Priming
Oil. Remove excess oil with a clean cloth after 15-30
minutes. b) After 24 hours drying time apply one coat
BIO All Purpose Varnish, thin down as necessary 10-20%
with BIO Thinner. Let dry thoroughly for 12-24 hours.
Sand if necessary after the first coat. Apply second
coat only after the previous has thoroughly dried.
a) Apply one coat of BIO TEAK Oil.
Remove excess oil with a clean cloth after 10 - 20
minutes. b) After 24 hours drying time, spread thin
layer of BIO Antique Wax. Polish after 3 - 5 hours.
a) For Softwood only. Apply one coat of BIO Priming
Oil. Remove excess oil with a clean cloth after 15-30
minutes. b) Sand if necessary after the previous coat
has dried thoroughly. Then apply one or two coats
of BIO Natural Wood Oil or BIO Teak Oil.
a) After 24 hours drying time apply the first
coat of BIO Wood Varnish. Sand if necessary after
the first coat. Only apply a second coat of BIO Wood
Varnish for a stronger colour. b) Finish with one coat of BIO All Purpose
Varnish thinned with BIO Thinner up to 20%.
a) Apply one coat of BIO Enamel Lacquer
Undercoat. Let dry for 24 hours. Sand if necessary
after the first coat b) If neccessary thin down the second and third
coat of BIO Enamel Lacquer white or tinted with 5-10%
of BIO Thinner.
