8.1 MATT FINISH

Surface Preparation:

Examine the plaster for cracks or marks. Fill small hairline cracks with speckling material; fill larger cracks with special patching plaster. Sand lightly when dry for a smooth surface. Sandpaper over old gloss or semi gloss paint to get good adhesion for the new paint.
Clean the surface to remove dirt, oil, grease, rust and flaking paint. Remove hardware from doors and windows and loosen light fixture bases or cover these areas with masking tape and scraps of paper or cloth.

a) Porous, absorbent, crumbly and sandy surfaces must be primed with BIO Wall Primer. Let dry for 12-24 hours. New alkaline surfaces must be at least 6 weeks old or use a special primer for alkaline surfaces.
b) Apply two coats of BIO Wall Paint. New Gyprock surfaces need two or three coats initially.
